A common feature in many peoples lives.
We are told that certain amounts of this
stuff is actually good for us... it
probably is... however, I do know that
too much is very bad for us.
I speak from personal experience. In my
later twenties I had 'stress' on a large
scale. It snuck up on me, I should have
seen the signs but I didn't and then...
BAM!
I had a breakdown. Oh no... I hear you
think (or so what some of you will
think)... however this was one of my
greatest moments and one of my finest
experiences for I had to climb from the
depths of my own perceptions on life to
the heights of living my dreams!
I coached myself out of it. It took some
time and a lot of will power. It was
some years later, when I met my mentor,
that I realised the importance of having
a coach. That clinched everything for
me, made all the difference and
changed my life!
Sometimes admitting that you need help
and support is the right thing to do!
Stress often tells us change is needed
or that we need to be paying more
attention to certain areas of our lives.
It is easy to become 'unbalanced', 'out
of sync' and 'trapped' and easy to
ignore it!
